Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor. Her most well-known character was in the role of Skyler on AMC's drama Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Awards to recognize Outstanding Supporting Performance in a Drama Series for 2013 and 2014. She was Jean Ward and Martha Bullock, respectively, in The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. Her passion for acting at Preparatory school prior to moving to Ohio with her family in mid-70s. She studied theatre at Northwestern University, and spent one semester at British American Drama Academy. Anna started out in Chicago performing in stage roles for many years. After that, she relocated to Hollywood where she started acting in movies and television shows. Anna got her big break in 1992 when she played Arden for 29 episodes of Down the Shore. As a guest-star, Anna appeared in Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. In fact, it was not until the end of the 1990s when she landed the role of The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood for two seasons. Skyler was as Martha Bullock in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully as well as Deadwood was another movie she starred in. Gunn took the stage in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. She was also a part of the four-part podcast audio drama The Numbered Days series, which made available in 2022. Breaking Bad is often centered on the relationships that Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their conflicted relationship and final break-up echoes the end of Walter White's personal life.
