Katarina Witt measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Katarina began to skate when she was five years old. Her success allowed her to show her skill and was accepted into a Karl-Marx-Stadt Special School for gifted children. The school was where she met Jutta Muller here. Witt was second place at the World Championships of Copenhagen in 1982. It was her first appearance. Her grace and elegance captured the attention of everyone, and from that point forward she began to dominate the sport. Olympic success at the Sarajevo Winter Games in 1984, Katarina won the gold medal for women's figure-skating following a heatedly-contested competition. She won a much closer competition after four years. The free skate she took was not a success, however the gold medal was awarded to her because of the performance she put in both the compulsory figures (short programme) as well as the mandatory figures. Witt became the first female multiple winner in figure skating after Sonja Henie. Hall of Fame Witt competed at Lillehammer Winter Games in 1994 following her successful run as an actress. Witt was seventh in the competition, and she delighted fans despite not winning a medal. Witt got her induction into the World Figure Skating Hall of Fame on the 15th of April, 1995.
